The Keto Way (TKW) is BFLL’s supervised three-month ketogenic nutrition protocol, one of our three nutrition therapy plans with Metabolic Health Management (MHM) and Diabetes Management (DM). Ketogenic eating is not suitable for everyone, so BFLL never gives a keto plan without your blood markers and the Holistic Health Consultant’s clearance.
Before you start
- A 12-parameter blood panel is needed before the nutrition assessment.
- The Holistic Health Consultant decides whether The Keto Way suits you or whether MHM or DM fits better.
- Tell us about every medicine and condition, including diabetes or blood-pressure medicines, kidney or liver conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Any medicine change is decided only by your treating doctor.
How enrolment works
- You receive the online Health Profile (KYC) form and the recommended blood panel.
- A Rs 2,000 process-booking advance starts the enrolment. It is part of the plan price, not an extra.
- Send the KYC form and your blood reports within 7 days of the advance.
- The HHC and nutrition team confirm the plan and its price; you pay the balance.
- Your plan is delivered within 2 working days of the balance payment.
The first 30-day cycle starts on day 7 after the advance. Each plan is a fixed 3-month course in monthly cycles, with no pause and no extension.
What the course includes
- A personalised diet plan built on Effective Glycaemic Load (EGL) and the Nutrient Over Calorie Concept (NOOC).
- An EGL food reference chart and a nutrition plan FAQ.
- A supplement list where clinically indicated.
- One holistic consultation, support in the BFLL Nutrition Therapy WhatsApp group, and a consultation call on request.
