BFLL Wellness Naktala is the head branch of our research-based Degenerative & Metabolic Research Centre in South Kolkata. We find why a problem exists before we treat it, using functional pathology, blood markers, movement and body-composition data. Services at Naktala
- OPD physiotherapy for knee, back, neck and shoulder pain, built from the components you need: manual therapy (MFR, cupping), ultrasound, IFT, TENS and laser. A one-time Rs 300 initial and baseline assessment on the first visit, then sessions from Rs 100.
- Pain Lab rehabilitation for shoulder, knee and lower back, with course packs of 3, 6, 12 and 18 sessions.
- Therapeutic Strength Training (TST) for joint degeneration, muscle loss and metabolic health. Group (TST GC) packs from Rs 1,200 for 4 sessions; one-to-one (TST CC) from Rs 3,200. A Holistic Health Consultation (Rs 1,000) comes first.
- Nutrition therapy: Metabolic Health Management, Diabetes Management and The Keto Way, three-month programmes planned on your blood markers.
- Blood tests and health panels, including the 12-parameter comprehensive panel, with home sample collection in serviceable PIN codes.
- Doctor consultations with our panel, including interventional cardiology, orthopaedics, ENT and gynaecology.
How a first visit works
- Book your slot by call or WhatsApp. Consultations and assessments are confirmed once the advance payment is received.
- Bring any prescription and recent reports you have.
- Your physiotherapist completes the initial and baseline assessment and explains the plan and the cost before treatment starts.
