CONSULTATION BOOKING PROTOCOL
- Consultation hours: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM only. No morning or late evening slots.
- Booking channel: WhatsApp to the front desk, or direct call to clinic.
- Branch selection: For the first consultation, only the Naktala branch is available, or you can opt for an Online Video Consultation.
- First Assessment is not a walk-in. It must be pre-booked.
- Urgency trigger: All health-related enquiries must be directed to book within 1 day.
- Confirmation: Front desk confirms the slot via WhatsApp after booking is logged.
- Rescheduling: Subject to slot availability. Directed to front desk only.
