Pain Lab programmes are region-specific rehabilitation courses for the shoulder, the knee and the lower back (lumbar), with a 360 programme that covers all three. They are OPD programmes run by a physiotherapist at our Naktala and Salt Lake clinics, and they do not include strengthening. When your plan is ready for strengthening, it continues in Therapeutic Strength Training (TST).
How it starts
Your first visit starts with the Physiotherapist Initial and Baseline Assessment (Rs 300), charged once per patient for life and waived for community members. The Rs 1,000 Holistic Health Consultation is optional here, only if you ask for it. The physiotherapist then recommends the programme and the course length.

Courses of 3, 6, 12 and 18 sessions. The laser versions add laser therapy, which is given only at the clinic.
