BFLL arranges blood tests and health panels through our partner lab, with home sample collection in serviceable PIN codes. If your PIN code is not serviceable, the sample is drawn at our Naktala or Salt Lake clinic. Each report is read against functional ranges and kept in your BFLL record, so any new panel can be compared with the earlier ones.
How to book
- No consultation is needed. Share your PIN code and any prescription you already have on WhatsApp.
- The team checks home collection for your PIN code and confirms the price.
- Pay before the visit. Payment confirms the collection slot.
- If you want the results explained, the Holistic Health Consultation (Rs 1,000) is optional and can be booked online.

What the panels cover
- 12-Parameter Comprehensive Panel: fasting insulin, fasting blood glucose, HbA1c, vitamin D3, complete hemogram, CRP, hsCRP, vitamin B12, lipid profile, LFT, KFT advance, thyroid profile free (FT3, FT4, TSH).
- Male panel: the 12 parameters plus total testosterone, free testosterone and SHBG.
- Female panel: the 12 parameters plus total testosterone, E2, FSH, LH, prolactin, progesterone, AMH, DHEAS, anti-TPO and anti-thyroglobulin.
