TEAM DESIGNATIONS
The following designations constitute the full BFLL team structure across both branches. Names are managed internally and updated separately. This section defines roles by designation only.
Clinical Team
Designation | Scope of Role |
Holistic Health Consultant (HHC) | Primary clinical assessment, programme design, pathology interpretation, patient counselling, and longitudinal monitoring. All clinical decisions originate here. |
Lead Physician | Medical co-management, physician clearance, specialist referral, and medical governance across both branches. |
Physiotherapist | Musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, modality-based treatment, corrective exercise prescription, and clinical documentation. Operates across standalone and integrated physiotherapy formats. |
Strength Therapist | Delivery of TST Standard, TST Level 10, and TST CC programmes. Progression planning, session documentation, member education, and logbook compliance. |
Operations Team
Designation | Scope of Role |
Operations Manager | Oversees operational efficiency across branches, staff coordination, compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service delivery standards. Reports directly to the COO and, in crucial areas, to the CEO as well. |
Front Desk Assistant | Member check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, document collection, payment processing, WhatsApp communication, and daily operational support. Present at both Naktala and Salt Lake branches. |
Finance and Compliance

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Financial planning, budgeting, payroll, compliance, and fiscal controls. |
Chartered Accountant (CA) | Audit, tax compliance, statutory filings, and independent financial oversight. |
Content and Digital Team

Content Head | Leads all content strategy, brand communication, and editorial direction across platforms. |
Digital Marketing Manager | Manages digital campaigns, Meta Ads, ROAS tracking, lead generation, and platform strategy. |
Video Editor | Edits and produces all BFLL video content for social media, educational, and promotional use. |
Graphics Designer | Designs all visual assets including creatives, brochures, reports, and digital posts. |
Audio Engineer | Manages audio production, recording quality, and sound for all BFLL video and content output. |
Digital Content Recorder | Records raw video and photo content at clinics and in the field for use across all digital channels. |
AI Data Compiler and Presenter | Compiles, analyses, and presents health data, AI-driven insights, and clinical intelligence outputs in a structured, accessible format for internal and external use. |
